Pulincunnoo Grama Panchayat Disaster Management Committee met on 12/06/2026 at 2 pm under the chairmanship of Panchayat President Mr. Joseph Varghese (Ouseppachan Vempadanthara). Block Panchayat Member, Ward Members, Representatives of Various Political Parties, CDS Chairperson and Representatives from Various Offices participated and spoke. The meeting took the following decisions. ✓It was decided to issue a notice to cut and remove the trees standing dangerously on the PWD road in the Panchayat. ✓It was decided to request the Hon. District Collector to strengthen the bunds of the padasekharas and to provide sand from Thottapally. ✓It was decided to request the Irrigation Department to clean the public canals. ✓It was decided to request the PWD to find a solution to the waterlogging at Pazhekad Junction.

Pulincunnoo Grama Panchayat Pre-Monsoon Cleaning Panchayat Level Inauguration was inaugurated by Panchayat President Mr. Joseph Varghese (Ouseppachan Vempadanthara) on 19th May 2026. Health Education Standing Committee Chairperson Mrs. Preethi Martin presided over the meeting. Vice President Mrs. Asha Das welcomed the meeting. Welfare Standing Committee Chairperson Mrs. Shiny Martin, Block Panchayat Members Mrs. Vijayamma Jayaprakash, Mrs. Shaila Omanakuttan, Panchayat Ward Members Mrs. Manju Biju, Mr. Ranjith K.G., Mrs. Shansi Sajeev, Mrs. Shobhana Sreenivasan, Mr. T. S. Pradeep Kumar, Mr. G. Ramesh Kumar, CDS Chairperson Mrs. Shirley Purushothaman, Secretary Mr. Biju K., Health Inspector Mr. Suresh and other health department officials delivered speeches. After this, cleaning activities were carried out in various wards of the panchayat.
