Pulincunnoo Grama Panchayat Wetland Data Bank
The Wetland Data Bank of Pulincunnoo Grama Panchayat, prepared under the Kerala Paddy Fields and Wetlands Conservation Act, 2008, has been published for the information of the public. This is an official document containing information on the paddy fields, wetlands and cultivable lands within the limits of the Panchayat.
The purpose of the data bank
A data bank has been prepared for the protection of paddy fields and wetlands in the panchayat, for land use control, and for legal inspections.
Included information
The survey number, current condition of the land, cultivable paddy field information, landowner information, etc. are included in the data bank.
Legal basis
The data bank is published under Section 5(4)(i) of the Kerala Paddy Fields and Wetlands Conservation Act, 2008 and the related rules.
Gazette notification
The data bank prepared by the Local Level Monitoring Committee (LLMC) has been officially published by the Panchayat Secretary as a Gazette Notification.
