      The Panchayat Steering Committee is the main committee formed to formulate the annual plan of Pulinkunnu Grama Panchayat and coordinate development activities. The main responsibility of this committee is to lead the project planning activities, examine various development proposals and set priorities. The Steering Committee also plays a crucial role in coordinating the activities of Gram Sabhas, development seminars and working groups. This committee works to effectively implement the development objectives of the Panchayat, evaluate the progress of the projects and provide necessary guidelines. The main objective of the Steering Committee is to achieve sustainable and comprehensive development by ensuring public participation.
